Use allspace responsibly. Don't do illegal things. What you post is yours, and you let us store it and show it to the people you chose. Your friends' replies to you are private. We provide the service as is, and we are not liable for everything under the sun. The details follow.
By signing in to allspace, or by choosing how often to hear from someone through an allspace link, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use allspace. allspace is not designed for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
allspace uses your phone number and a one-time code. There is no password. Keep your phone secure; anyone with your phone and number can sign in as you.
Friends who read what you share do not need an account. They use links in texts, which work only for the person they were sent to. An invitation link shows or changes your choices only in a browser you have confirmed with a code texted to your number; that browser is then remembered for a year from its last use. A digest link needs no code, so forwarding one lets someone else read that digest and change your choices for it; treat links as private.
The name you give at sign-in is shown to the people you share with. The name a friend keeps for you in their own contacts stays private to them.
Please don't create multiple accounts or share an account with others.
Everything you post in allspace, including text, photos, links, and replies, belongs to you. We claim no ownership.
You give us permission to store, display, and deliver your content as needed to provide the service: to show it in the app and on the web pages, and to send it in digests to the people you offered it to, at the pace each of them chose. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except that texts already sent cannot be recalled.
A post is seen only by members of the topic you posted it in. A reply is seen only by the person who wrote it and the author of the post it answers. We never show your content to anyone you did not share it with, and there are no public pages.
You are responsible for what you post. Don't post anything illegal, harmful, or that you don't have the right to share.
allspace sends text messages in two ways, and you should understand both.
Reply STOP to any message from our number to stop all texts from allspace, and START to turn them back on. Reply HELP for help. You can also change or stop any topic from the link in every digest, or in the app.
Please don't use allspace to:

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be brought in the courts located in Oregon.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will note significant changes in the app or by text. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms; if you don't agree, please stop using the service.
These terms, together with our privacy policy, are the entire agreement between you and us. If any part is found invalid, the rest remains in effect. Not enforcing a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later. We may assign these terms in a merger or acquisition; you may not assign your rights without our consent.
